Refunds & Cancellations
Reservation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for dinner reservations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge to cover costs.
Food Order Refunds
- Refunds for food quality issues must be requested within 2 hours of receiving the order.
- We offer full refunds or credits for incorrect items delivered.
- Refunds are not granted for items refused due to personal taste preferences.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
